I joined LINK near the endof last year. I had a few different jobs before then, but none of them reallyimpacted me the way that LINK has. Before it was more about getting through theday, but now that’s not enough anymore because this job gives you targets everyday, and you get a great sense satisfaction when you ultimately reach thosetargets.

The first thing I want to say about LINK is how professionaleveryone here is, my first week at LINK is probably one of the most eye-openingexperiences in my professional career. From the very beginning, everyone’streated as an integral part of the company, all the mentors are so nice andthey guide you through every problem that you might have, whether it be big orsmall. After work, they become friends that you can trust and rely on. Youbecome so involved that you feel like you are part of something much greater.

Working in LINK has definitely changed the way I act andbehave. I used to be pretty shy before joining LINK, but when you’re put in asocial situation, it really pushes you out of your comfort zone and forces youto become a cheerful, smarter person. And that works for you in a big way whenyou are just starting with your professional career.
